Shipping Policy

At Wicked Willow, we aim to deliver your magical treasures as swiftly and safely as possible.

Delivery Times:
All orders are processed and dispatched by our trusted supplier partners within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes between 2–4 business days after dispatch. Please note that during busy seasonal periods, dispatch or delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates:
Our standard UK delivery rate is £5.99 for all orders up to 15kg. Delivery is fully tracked, and tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing:
Once your order is confirmed, it is automatically sent to our supplier for fulfilment. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled after this stage, so please ensure all details are correct before checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at wickedwillow1@outlook.com so we can investigate.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels depending on stock availability and fulfilment locations.
